INTRODUCTION OF ALEJANDRO CAPITANI, PADEL COACH IN PAMPLONA
Alejandro Capitani is from Santa Fe, Argentina. From an early age, he developed a passion for the practice of “tenis criollo”. He won the title of Argentine champion on several occasions, thanks to his skills and dedication to the sport. He quickly came to practice padel and teach the discipline with more than 30 years of experience at all levels including 16 years as a coach of padel in Spain. The imprint he left in the world of Padel is undoubtedly indelible, since his commitment to sport is not limited to competition. It also extends to the pedagogical field where he is perceived as a reference figure.
His philosophy goes beyond sports learning ; he firmly believes in sharing the values of sport, especially to the youngest. For Ale Capitani, padel is not only a physical activity, but a tool to train people with integrity and combativeness. His mission as a padel coach in Pamplona is to guide his students to develop sportingly and humanely through padel.
ALEJANDRO CAPITANI, AN EXPERIENCED COACH
Alejandro Capitani has an international outstanding CV in terms of coaching :
- 2004 – 2006 : team coach at Club Tenis Pamplona. Known as the club of reference in the introduction of padel in Navarre. At that time, the padel club had more than 1,000 students.
- 2006 – 2011 : founder and Captain of the Entraina Padel Club teams. Alejandro founded the first specialized teaching centre in padel in Navarre. It is currently one of the largest and most prestigious indoor padel clubs in Spain, with 10 courses and more than 450 students.
- 2008 – 2019 : director of the schools of Padel Oberena and Cerro Fontellas.
- 2016 – 2019 : player and coach in Italian Serie A.
- Since 2013 : he leads the Padel School of Club San Juan of which he is the captain of the First Category team. It is a renowned club in Navarre with more than 11,000 members.
- 2023 : captain of the young team Champion of Navarre.
It does not stop there because indeed, he is the co-founder and coach of the Dale Club of Padel. He was also the coach and trainer of the Spanish and World Champion : Maria Belloso Oroz. Finally, he trained for more than 5 years the professional player Jon Sanz, currently recognized as one of the revelations on the professional circuit. For our greatest delight, he is joining today the team of padel coaches of Pampelune’s ToPadel !
