HOW DOES TOPADEL WORK IF YOU WANT TO BOOK PADEL LESSONS OR A PADEL CAMP ?

STEP 1 : DEFINING YOUR DATES TO REQUEST COACH AVAILABILITY

Once you have your possible arrival and departure dates, send us an email to contact@topadel.eu. Please indicate the location, and if applicable, the coaches and flight (or other transportation) schedules, so we can determine the starting time for your camp. Attention ! Do not book your flight at this stage !

We will work with you (usually via phone) to create a program that best fits your needs and budget. We will provide you with prices based on all possible options (playing hours, number of players on the court, number of coaches, etc.).

Once we agree on the camp schedule and its cost, we will officially request availability from our partner coaches. If they confirm their availability, you can proceed to book your flight, hotel, etc. We always ask our coaches to hold a reservation option for 7 days in their schedule, allowing time to finalize your arrangements. However, this option might not be available for urgent departures within less than 7 days (which should be avoided, as last-minute availability is often limited). 

STEP 2 : CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING

Once we have confirmed the availability of the coaches, we will send you a written document requesting 100% payment for your camp and providing the bank details for your wire transfer. The document will also include the deadline for receiving the payment (the date after which the coach is no longer obligated to hold the scheduled slots for your camp). 

WHY IS 100% OF THE AMOUNT REQUIRED ?


This ensures that our coaches have a guarantee of your actual attendance. It is a form of protection for them, especially since we strive to offer you only renowned coaches in their city/region. They are often in high demand, especially with the growing popularity of padel in Spain and throughout Europe, and they want to safeguard against any cancellations. As we provide a high-quality service with dedicated coaches, we expect the same level of commitment from players who are eager to progress alongside them.

Once the payment is received in our bank account, we will send you a written confirmation as well as to the concerned coaches. Your padel camp is now confirmed ! All that’s left is to prepare your padel bag. ? 

STEP 3 : REFUND IN CASE OF EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Just like we protect the coaches from cancellations, we also safeguard the players who choose to embark on a journey with ToPadel. The amounts we receive are therefore held until the completion of your padel camp. Our coaches are paid after the scheduled lessons have been conducted.

As a result, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded for any portion of the camp that couldn’t be completed. And this refund will be provided in full. However, in general, if possible, we prioritize rescheduling with our coaches instead. 

UNDER WHICH CIRCUMSTANCES CAN I BE REIMBURSED ?

If your lessons were scheduled on outdoor courts and the weather prevented the session from taking place. Despite all our efforts, sometimes the weather can be unpredictable. If this happens during your camp, please know that we make every effort with the coaches to reschedule any missed sessions at alternative times. Additionally, if the weather is highly uncertain before your session, our coaches typically try to arrange indoor sessions if possible. They share the desire to play with you and will do everything they can to ensure your lessons take place. Otherwise, they won’t be paid either. No one benefits from such situations. Fortunately, this “weather” scenario rarely occurs, usually only when significant and unexpected rain occurs on the last day of your camp, just before your flight, leaving no opportunity to reschedule.

If you suffer an injury during the camp that prevents you from continuing to participate in any sports activities.

In the case of the coach falling ill. However, most of the time, the coach arranges for a colleague to take over or proposes rescheduling.

There may be other cases that generally encompass situations where the player is not responsible for the cancellation of the session.

STEP 4 : BEFORE, DURING & AFTER YOUR CAMP, TOPADEL STAYS AVAILABLE !

To prepare for your stay, we are at your disposal. We do not manage hotel reservations, car rentals, bikes, etc., except in the case of large groups of players or companies. However, we can provide the best advice to ensure you make the right choices !

During your stay, we often check in with you! We remain available to answer any questions on-site, and you always have the contact number of one of our team members responsible for managing your case. You can reach us by phone, WhatsApp if you are abroad – no worries! But you’ll also see that your coaches have been selected for their human qualities, and they will be there to ensure everything runs smoothly for you !

After your stay, we collect your feedback via email to know how it went. We also regularly invite you to leave your feedback directly on our Google page !
