“I did a 4-day camp with a friend of the same level (around level 7), for a total of about ten hours of courses, at José Solano‘s academy in Malaga. I had already done a camp through Topadel that went very well with Victoria in Malaga. Superb experience! José, who has coached many professional players like Chingotto, Tello, and even his son who is himself around the 50th place in the world, runs his academy to perfection.
I had courses with different Padel coaches, all top-notch. Training matches were offered (free of charge) at the end of almost every course, and José makes sure to find players at your level, which is great. It’s more than just a Padel club, but truly a vibrant place where we can see many people training from morning to evening, and rub shoulders with some of the best players in Spain and the world, in almost every age category. Very high overall level. The coaches were very pedagogical and had a very high level.
After a few days of Padel courses, you can already see a clear improvement in certain shots, especially in defense, which is rightly emphasized. Playing a set against a WPT (World Padel Tour) player was very cool, as well as a match against a girl in the top 10 of Spain’s under-14s (they already play very well), and some future talents aged 16/17 who aspire to the WPT.”
