“I contacted ToPadel only 2 days before my trip to Malaga. They were very responsive and helped me find a quality coach quickly. I took 2 hours of courses for 3 consecutive days with Victoria, a Padel coach in Torre del Mar, in Spain. She’s a great coach, professional, and friendly. I learned a lot during this camp! We covered all aspects of the game… defense, attack, transition, etc.
What was good is that there wasn’t a specific focus on just defense, attack, etc. We always started with some defense and then worked on attack and transition before finishing with half an hour of ‘play,’ starting with a volley or bandeja, for example, with the coach on the other side.
I picked up various things, especially in terms of technique, with specific Padel strokes that are distinct from tennis. Also, in terms of shot selection based on the situation.
