Izan Esteve is a young and passionate padel coach deeply involved in the world of sports. Hailing from the Alicante region, his passion for rackets emerged at the age of 5 during his early days in tennis. Right from the start, he displayed exceptional talent in racket sports, initiating his athletic career.
At the age of 11, Izan discovered padel, a rapidly growing racket sport, and instantly fell in love with it. His dedication to padel quickly set him apart, leading him to fully commit to this discipline. It was during this time that fate crossed his path with Paco Miñano, one of the most renowned coaches in the region, equally passionate about padel and a five-time champion in Spain’s frontenis (a mix of tennis and Basque pelota).
Over the years, Izan has participated in numerous local competitions, securing impressive victories. However, his love for teaching and sharing knowledge with the future generations of padel players has remained significant.
Today, drawing on his experience and coaching training, Izan Esteve has become the “Senior Trainer” at Padel Lacy in Elda and is part of our ToPadel coaching team. Despite his youth, he has become a role model for many padel players within the club, embodying determination, hard work, and the teachings received from a renowned mentor. His contribution and dedication as a padel coach are invaluable. His love for the game shines through each day in his lessons, inspiring new generations to engage in this thrilling sport.
